Guys, anyone knows if coffee really stains your teeth?

My parents keep telling me that they will stain my teeth which is already not 'shiny'. Is this a myth or truth?

Yeah its true thats why there r even toothpaste (Eg Zatch) thats r for coffee lover. Helps to remove the stains better i guess. Careful not to get addict to coffee cos it can get addictive due to the caffeine.

After brushing teeth, use mouth wash (Oral-B my fav) and drink some water before u sleep. Helps to chase the bad breathe in the morning. Best toothpaste to prevent morning breathe is Dentiste!

Teeth also need so mahuan one hor? For me I brush twice a day and thats as far as I go.

And to answer the question fo this thread, yes, coffee really stains your teeth, so be careful. For me, after drinking coffee everyday, I will rinse with water and swallow them down. Then in this case, even if in office, I dont need to go to the washroom.
