ANyone knows where I can remove my wisdom teeth? Pain like mad... And I heard we have MC for that? How many days?

And does it swell up alot? How expensive are they?

Have to burn a hole in the pocket...

dunno the budget, but i know its pretty ex, thats why up till now i still let it grow and hurt and rot....

only after i graduate and work only got the chance to pluck it off bah......

I took mine off recently.. wah liew.. cost me 600SGD I tink. Then swell like a pighead. The nurse will tell you what to do to curb the pain and swelling.

I didnt follow instruction, tats why it swell up.

In nutshell, to reduce the swelling you apply ice pack every one hour to the region. I find it le chey so never do. then the next day, swell untill my girl friend laugh at me leh.. She so happi seeing me with the swelllling...

I have all four of my wisdom teeth intact.. luckily.

i bet you have a big mouth then, to accommodate so many teeth.

My experience on this is that it can cost a bomb.. I took out mine during NS, so I have many days of MC for that... just before ORD, ROD.

And in the private sector, MC can last 2 to 7 days depending on whether its a simple extraction or much more complicated. The complicated one can mean an operation ya. They will ask you to eat some painkiller and swelling before ops. I that time kiasu, ate myself liao before going to clinic, then so surprise they gave me more..

So I was like.. then I ate it lu...
Can be pain or not pain, mine was bearable, but I heard of frds who pain till tak boleh tahan.

To add to this post, it also depends on how the wisdom teeth grows... sometimes dun need to pluck out if they growing properly, but if they grow slanting, then jialats, must pluck.

And depending upon how long the teeth grows liao, it may have impacted to the other teeth it is pushing. then its abit complicated. and hor, if it grows slanting, usually you have to do the ops...

If its a normal extraction of wisdom teeth, MC is usually 2 days.

Yipee I just removed my wisdom teeth. then swelling now xia... Putting ice compression now on the wounds to reduce swelling.

Charged around 500 dollar ya. Its an extraction of the upper right wisdom teeth. MC for 4 days. But its starting from friday, so only monday resting... bcoz I am a responsible worker what.
