i think bad breath come from cavity of your mouth, and the food trap in between your teeth! therefore i think if you can manage to floss your teeth everyday, and go for dentist to "filled up" all your cavities, there goes the bad breath away!

Drink more tea, or rinse your mouth with tea after eating. That keeps mouth breath fresh.

Brush your teeth, floss them. Then rinse with the mouthwash. Most importantly, visit the dentist every six months.

Rinse with tea? Thats something new. But i know mix lemon juice with water to rinse does help plus it will strengthen the teethes as well.

Hmm...if breath is really that bad i'd recommend to brush & rinse after every meal. floss if u can. Toothpaste for freshen breath i recommend Dentiste, its really gd in reducing morning's bad breath too. Don't forget to brush your gum and tongue coz thats where germs usually grows in the mouth, coz they r wet. Chg your toothbrush on a regular basis (i always wonder how ppl can use their toothbrush that long coz mine will go out of shape. haha my friends said i 'ti-ki' aka mental teethes) Anw toothbrush can contain germs so changing them is gd. ^^

PS: remember the gum bleeding thread we talked abt? yeah, it can raise some similar concerns but this time nthg abt the oral s*x. lol gum disease can result in bad breath too. diet will play a part as well.

Rinse with lemon juice will strengthen the teeth? This is something new for me. I never know that lemon will have such effect. The tea one I also never hear before.

I think another aspect that cause bad breath is internal heatiness. Go and see a chinese doctor loh. They will prescribe concotions that rid your inner heatiness. Those that will revert your inner heat to equilibrum.

My tooth brush last me usually for 3 months. I buy the soft type which is better for my teeth. Dont want to hurt them unnecesary.

.... Soooo.. oral sex will not lead to bad breath...

Lemon juice will strengthen the juice I heard before. But not the tea. The best is to have a fresh mint in hand. Thats the best.

Basic oral hygiene of course needs to be there. And the heatiness is also correct ya. Can also buy those herbal ready made concotion from the pharmacist. Those 'ling yang' water is good to clear the heatiness and to maintain the 'equilibrum' mentioned.
