Not bad for a quick pain relief for injuries and muscle soreness. I have been using this instead of the other brands after trying out the sachet.

We were at the beach having a small picnic and some of us were playing soccer by the beach in east coast. Unfortunately (or stupidly), my friend bumped into a tree in his attempt to tackle the ball. He had a dislocated shoulder and had to be sent to the clinic to put the bone back in order.
Deep heating rub came into the rescue and save my friend some pain and agony when we sent him to the clinic. :)

NIVEA oil control moisturiser is a very light gel that works very well in controlling the oil for my skin. It comes with a very light fragrance which I also enjoyed quite a lot, even though it could be more manly.
I enjoy the idea of putting the natural algae on the skin since its an interesting ingredient I seldom see (in fact, never seen in my skincare for men products.)
I use this as my morning moisturiser to control the shine in order to ensure less oily skin throughout the whole day. Easily absorbed into the skin. Good one from Nivea!

I do not really like this product as it is over drying. My skin seems to crack using this, so I needed to apply moisturiser to it before it can 'recover'.
The plus point is that there is a safety seal to the product, and that the color of the face wash is very cool and manly. And it lathers well and is foamy in nature.
On a personal level, I think this is a good product if you have dirty or very oily skin. But prepare the moisturiser just in case.

Without comparing to the pure and matte range, the hydra energetic is good in keeping you face clean, without any residue, even though the gel formula does not make it feel so. Its a misperception that only foamy products cleanse well, and even I fall to this mental barrier. But after long usage, the hydraenergetic cleanses as good as the normal foamy wash. The only danger is that you could use too much since they glide easily and you feel like you have applied too little on the face.
The smell of course is top notch, since this is the typical loreal smell. I love this smell as it suits the fresh feeling.
Somehow, using this, I feel refreshed and look forward to using this every morning. Its that addictive. :)

Definitely worth it since its applied on.
The smell is slightly close to a shampoo smell, and when I used it on the face, I dont really enjoy the smell. (Pinch your nose when you apply them!)
After application, skin is matte instead of 'shiny' so if you are looking for the golden glow during tanning, then this will not be for you.
It works well though and I did not have any sunburnt. The ingredient that is aloe vera based also allowed this product to be slightly ranked higher compared to other products. The skin also does not feel as oily as those suntan that allows you to have a 'golden glow'. So its a pros and cons (you want clog pores, or you want shining glow during sports?)
3.48 out of 5, so I am giving it o a closer average rating.
