Operations:

Step 1: Chose the product that you would like to redeem with your ZAMPLE POINTS. Make sure you have enough points to redeem the product. If you do not have enough points, you can earn more ZAMPLE POINTS by referring friends to ZAMPLE|MAN.

Username_product name

For example, if caRLOs would like to redeem a product with code ZM001, he would send an email to admin with the subject header:  caRLOs_ZM001.

Step 3: If you are the lucky ones who manage to get the full retail size product before it runs out of stock, we will inform you via email. Should you not receive the email within 3 working days, this would mean that your attempt at redemption was not successful.
