Registration is only completed with the provision of a valid Singapore postal address. 5. User verifies that all details pertaining to payments are true and correct and charges incurred for posting samples (implied or otherwise and inclusive of the applicable taxes) will be borne by user in part or full depending upon the nature of the marketing campaign, in accordance to the decision of Zample. SAMPLES AND VOUCHERS
1. All materials obtained from Zample cannot be resold or reused for any other purpose (commercial or otherwise) except for personal use. Failure to comply will result in legal actions subject to the decisions of the clients of Zample or the management of Zample. Zample reserves the right to terminate any accounts immediately arising from such situation.
2. Samples are subject to availability and will be provided if and only if the conditions to the distribution campaign are fulfilled. This includes meeting the prerequisite qualification to undertake the campaign, having paid for all relevant charges and any other associated conditions as defined by the management depending on individual sample distribution attempt. SAMPLE DELIVERY
Zample is not liable for any late deliveries of samples or products arising from any circumstances. However, Zample will take reasonable steps to ensure that the issue of late delivery is resolved. For purpose of this clause and solely in this incident, reasonableness is subjected to the definition of the management at Zample at the time of the incident. Mailing Address and address verification
User is responsible for ensuring that the right delivery address is provided during sign up to ensure that the samples can be delivered to their mailbox. Zample is not liable in anyway for losses incurred during delivery but will do what we can to resolve the issues as determined by the management of Zample. Return policy for any sale or provision of products or sample from Zample
All samples and products purchased or obtained from Zample cannot be exchanged and will only be considered under exceptional cases, subject to the decisions of the management of Zample.
Refunds for products or samples will not be entertained. ADVERTISEMENTS AND LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Zample is also not liable for any loss,expense or cost incurred by customer resulting from the failure of services provided by Zample due to reasons of force majeure, including but not limited to war, fire, explosions, strikes, acts of terrorism, acts of God, power failures, government priorities, labor stoppages, ill or absent employees, supplier failure or delay, civil disorder, computer hacking or attacks or breakdown or malfunction of utilities, communication systems, machinery, computers, transportation facilities or other equipments of any nature. Zample SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, AND USERS SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ZAMPLE HARMLESS FROM ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COSTS OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) INCURRED BY CLIENT OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM ANY MANDATORY OR VOLUNTARY RECALL CAMPAIGN OR SIMILAR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS, EVEN IF THE DAMAGE, LOSS, COSTS OR EXPENSES RESULT FROM THE SOLE OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE OF ZAMPLE AND/OR ITS STAFFS . 2. All subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents of Zample shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, injury or loss sustained by customer or any other party whatsoever and howsoever caused by or in connection with the use of the services from Zample or other uses including but not restricted to the beauty tips provided. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Zample reserves the right to make changes at any time to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document and shall take effect immediately unless otherwise explicitly stated.
