Head for the cinemas or crowded places. NoNo #8 Wear outrageous dressings, including extremely odd colour matching such as bright red with yellow and purple. NoNo #7 Dress too sloppily in just slippers (that you go to the market with), and Tees with holes on it (no matter how small they are). NoNo #6 Don’t go unshaved, even if it means you spend 5 minutes touching up the goatee that you are having. NoNo #5 Do not tell your date that you are heading for the toilet to floss your teeth after your meals. Reveal your vain side AFTER knowing the person better. NoNo #4 Talk incessantly over a single subject such as your latest experience in gym, or how this rude driver tried to overtake you on the road in the afternoon. You do not know her likes and dislikes, and extensively discussing on any topic could kill your second date with her. NoNo #3 Be late. Even if it means you have to be 30 minutes earlier and spend some time in the mall, in order to prevent getting ‘caught in traffic’, girls EXPECT guys to be on the minimum on time, or, as a rule of thumb, to be waiting for them. NoNo #2 Never go without a packet of mint. According to a research done by Australian scientist in 2002, bad breathe is the number 1 turn off for people on the first date. NoNo #1 Do not decide every single detail such as the venue for dinner and after dinner activities if it has not already been preplan. Deciding where to head for your casual dinner can be taken as a show of extreme chauvinism which most girls do not appreciate. Even if you have that dying urge to have the sinful cheesecake from NYDC, ask her for her opinion before heading there. If she refuses, you can either leave the date (just kidding) or stick with her decision (What did they say about the ladies choice being our choice?) .
